1.31.10-Sunday

Didn't get a ton out of the Sabbath.

Listened to a great talk by Dieter F. Uchtdorf, though, on how our hardest times can be our most formative and lead to really great times. He suggested two principles: hard work, and learning. "Hard work is an anecdote for anxiety." I totally agree.
