The sun rose at 6:45, and after shooting for over an hour, I had some down time to wander. One block from the NJ Path Station near Ground Zero, I happened upon this wonderful scene.

I prefer my fog rising from a meadow! (I know, it wasn't fog...have been in the energy business long enough to understand urban steam.) But, it does wonders for your pictures. I really like the shot with the police officer--great, bold shot.
