3.13.10-Sleepy Hollow

Lib took charge today and got us out of the city. Not exactly your typical day for a road trip: the torrential rain and gusty winds made for a twist in the road. We had a blast!
So on our way to the Hudson Highlands State Park, we passed through Sleepy Hollow! It was pretty sweet, although our initial impression wasn't. Apparently, a big part of this little town has been heavily influenced by Latin America--it felt like we were in Puerto Rico! We had a good time making jokes about that.
On our way back from our short hike in the park (VERY short), we had an incredible dinner at Santorini in Sleepy Hollow. Definitely got our money's worth.
Anyways, we saw a lot of cool stuff. Tons of churches. So we took some pictures of some of them. Sleepy Hollow is really cool, and we heard from our friends that during Halloween they have readings of the story...sounds really fun!
